Jobs Technical operates on the basis that it is bound by the current privacy laws in accordance with the Privacy Act and believes that privacy is an important individual right. This statement governs our collection and use of personal information for recruitment purposes.  As part of our recruitment process, we have collected personal information about you to enable us to consider you for and present you to potential clients for deployment through our company as an independent Contractor. Jobs Technical will not collect or use personal information in ways other than required for the purposes of securing a Contract assignment through Jobs Technical. The information in your application and file documents is seen only by partners and staff directly involved in the recruitment process. We do not send your information to other organisations or use it for any other purpose, such as marketing, without your consent, unless it is to secure an assignment through Jobs Technical.

Generally we will hold your information/resume for current and future contract assignments and /or permanent positions.  We will provide you with access to your personal information upon request unless granting access would infringe another person’s privacy.
